Whatever the style of your wedding – informal, formal, rustic, festival style, traditional, bohemian… we can supply furniture to suit!
When choosing furniture for weddings, the first thing to decide is how you want people to be seated. Your idea may be a very casual event, with a few tables and chairs strewn around. Alternatively, you may prefer everyone to be seated at once. This might also depend on the type of catering you have planned – a hog roast may mean that your guests can eat whilst standing, and you might just want a few high, poseur type tables for people to place drinks. Large round tables can provide space in the middle, if you plan to provide sharing platters or picnic hampers.
Tables
We can provide round tables in various sizes (to seat 4, 6-8, 8-10 and 10-12). We can also supply rectangular trestle type tables. Each table seats six and they can be pushed together to form longer tables. At this point, you might want to consider whether you would like the bridal party on a top table. Traditionally, this would be the case but more and more couples are opting to sit with the rest of the guests, rather than apart from them.
Chairs
Then there is the chairs…we have various style of chairs to suit your style of wedding. Limewashed chiavari chairs with ivory seat pads are a favourite of ours and look lovely decorated with drapes or bows. Alternatively, our beautiful rustic elm crossback chairs are super comfy and come with an optional tie-on seat cushion. There is also our traditional banqueting chairs with ivory or blue seat pads – they always look fabulous!
We also have stylish white or dark wood folding chairs. These are perfect if you plan to remove some and squirrel them away after the wedding breakfast. If chairs are needed for a ceremony and then need to be moved for the meal, our folding chairs are light and easy to move.
